My adventure in jewelry making started at the age of 9. I would spend hours making seed bead woven jewelry. It's where my passion for jewelry making began. I got my first taste of metalsmithing at a weekend course at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts when I was in high school. I furthered my education at Alfred University where I received a BFA in ceramics and glass blowing. While I did gain valuable design skills, I learned jewelry making from apprenticeships, continuing studies, and working at a bead store. I've expanded my skills and my workbench, to come up with the collections I have today. I'm inspired by nature, and objects around me. Everything I make is what I love to wear, and hope others will love it too. I reside in Augusta, Maine, where I work out of my home.
